We strive that our clients’ size classifications are accurate, supported by a comprehensive ownership structure assessment, and aligned with Regulatory Authority’s expectations for acceptance.
Our agency fully complies with GDPR requirements, and all data is securely stored on protected cloud servers during the client verification process. All case-related files are permanently deleted within one week after confirmation of the client’s size acceptance by Regulatory Authority, or immediately upon the client’s request, whichever occurs first.

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for our verification is 3 weeks from the receipt of all requested documents from the client. The timeline may be extended if additional information is required during the review process. However, once all required documentation has been received in full, the size verification will be completed within 3 weeks.
WHAT IF VERIFICATION FAILS ?

We also commit to providing a full refund of our service fee if our size determination is not accepted by relevant assessment body, provided that the outcome is not due to missing or incomplete information that was requested from the client but not supplied.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We also provide communication and representation services on behalf of the client in the relevant portals. We handle all correspondence with relevant size assessment authorities, submit the requested information and documentation, and prepare and draft all necessary responses.
FINANCIAL INCENTIVES

If an incorrect company size is identified by ECHA after completion of its size verification, administrative charges may be imposed, which can reach up to EUR 19,900 against the submission for which the incorrect size was declared. In addition, the registrant will be required to pay the difference between the fee originally paid based on the declared size and the fee applicable to the size subsequently determined by ECHA.

Please note that the registrant is solely responsible for the correctness and authenticity of the information provided during the dossier submission process in REACH-IT. Regulatory Auhority does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of advice given by third parties regarding the determination of your company size or the size of the company you represent as an Only Representative.

We deliver a detailed assessment of our findings, accompanied by a structured report of the verification results. Our investigation and size verification are supported by references to the relevant Articles of the applicable Commission Recommendation, ensuring full regulatory alignment.
LANGUAGE & TRANSLATIONS

We verify company size based on documents in any language and no translated versions are required for size verification, although it should be noted that Regulatory Authority would require the official translation if the documents are not in one of the official EU languages.
APPLICABLE LAW

The Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC is the sole authentic basis for determining the conditions regarding qualification as micro, small or medium-sized enterprise.
